Well, the hubs and I had the afternoon together in an odd twist of events involving a failed attempt to get a Thai driver's license. We decided to check out the "Million Toy Museum" because I'm pretty sure a museum filled with toys is the only kind I'm interested in visiting for more than ten minutes.

Anyway, aside from the roomful of screaming Thai schoolchildren we walked into, this place was awesome. The dude who owns this place (he's a teacher and was reading to the kids) is one of the happiest people I've seen in a long time. This guy has water bottles with "Million Toy Museum" printed on them and a shitload of his own books in the store. This is pretty big time, especially for Thailand. I'd be pretty happy too.

I took a bunch of pictures. Here's a few below. The rest are in the gallery. And...this is the first time I've gone on an adventure that didn't involve Buddha!

A lone bun. Maybe a serial killer.

Oh how I wish I could ride this train.

Oh yeah. This part of the museum wasn't filled with toys and was more like a groovy antique store. Maybe it was. How the hell would I know? All the signs were in Thai for chrissakes.

Until the hubs gets a driver's license, this is probably the only kind of motorcycle he'll be driving.

pretty much most of the toys are pretty damn scary-the bunny especially-holy moley totally looks like he might just slit your throat-

what a great crazy adventure you're on Jodie

Yeah so I'm a thirty-something wife living in Thailand. Pretty much, I went from no passport to living in a country where I can't even freaking order lunch without it being a freakshow. Read about my adventures here.
